Shaping the Future at Clark
Projects
Clark University's Board of Trustees voted to authorize Clark's President and Treasurer to go forward with the Academic Commons at Goddard Library. The Academic Commons will reshape the Goddard Library into a cutting-edge facility for research, teaching and learning in the 21st century—a library developed with a forward vision worthy of its namesake. More about the Academic Commons project, including interviews with the Provost David Angel, project architect Steve Foote and University Librarian Gwen Arthur, is online at www.clarku.edu/academiccommons.
Current Initiatives
Clark is committed to making an education available to all qualified students, regardless of family wealth or income. Nearly 90 endowed funds provide financial aid to students with financial need. Learn more about some of Clark's endowed scholarships.
In 2005, Clark was named the hottest school for student research by Newsweek
magazine. Our undergraduates work closely with faculty performing scientific
and social research. Donations to support research, student travel, and
summer internships help offer these opportunities to even more of Clark's
students.
